Terms of Service

1. General provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") governs the relationship between LuckyFinder (hereinafter - "Service") and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter - "User") in connection with the use of the automated trading platform for cryptocurrency exchanges.

Service provided "as is"

The Company does not provide asset management services, does not accept or store the User's funds or crypto assets, and does not perform operations on behalf of the User.

2. Terms of use

2.1 Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements. You also confirm that using the Service is permitted by your jurisdiction's legislation.

2.2 Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify the Service of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Prohibited activities

When using the Service, it is prohibited to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or breach Service security
• Use the Service in a way that may damage or disrupt platform operation
• Transfer your account to third parties without prior written consent

3. Financial terms

3.1 Subscription fees

Subscription costs are indicated on the Site and may change with 30 days' notice. All payments are made in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

Subscription payments are payment for access to the software and its functionality and are not considered an investment, contribution, transfer of capital for management, or participation in a collective investment scheme.

3.2 Payment terms

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

3.3 Refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Disclaimer of liability

4.1 Investment risks

Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of capital loss. Past results do not guarantee future income.

The User understands that trading on financial and digital markets involves risks, including possible complete loss of funds.

4.2 No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation or accuracy of trading algorithms.

The Service does not provide individual investment, financial, legal or tax recommendations; the User makes decisions independently or after consultation with their independent advisor.

4.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising in connection with Service use.

API keys and access data are used exclusively for technical communication with the exchange; the Company does not obtain the right to dispose of the User's assets and does not provide custodial storage services.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the Service, including software, algorithms and trading strategies, belong to LuckyFinder and are protected by copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We undertake to protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

We may collect and process data about your Service use to improve service quality and for marketing purposes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement in case of material breach by the other party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason.

After Agreement termination, all rights and licenses granted to you immediately cease, and you must stop using the Service.

8. Dispute resolution

Any disputes, disagreements or claims arising in connection with the use of the Service or the terms of this Agreement shall be considered in accordance with the provisions set out in this section.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in arbitration court in Moscow, Russian Federation.

The official language for dispute resolution is English.

9. Miscellaneous

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement caused by force majeure circumstances.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
